So, I had 2 Black Cat Lacquers on that missing but now found memory card, so I wanted to show you today! Part 1 of the Portlandia collection can be found here!
We Can Pickle That! is a mint green crelly with various glitters. I am wearing 2 coats with no base. These, like the others, can be worn sheer on their own or as an awesome glitter topper!
The Dream of the 90′s is Alive not only in Portland, but now in nail polish! As you can see it would probably be best as a topper, but I kinda like the VNL yet glittery look! 2 coats.

Overall I think the whole collection is a WIN. What do you think?

You are really good at combining colors; what would you suggest as a base for the 2nd one?
God I am so behind… these are both corgeous! I would put a hot pink or a bright green under the second one, or even a white.
